About the Project:
To support a skincare set promotion, I proposed and developed a monthly educational email series designed to add depth and value for the sales team. Each email subtly aligned with that month’s promotion, helping sales team members to understand the “why” behind the product/promotion and how to naturally position it to customers through questions, benefits, and everyday conversations.
